About our Center
Located in Arlington, Virginia, Little Steps Music, LLC has been serving the local community since 1996. We strive to bring the joy of family music making to all families in Arlington, McLean, Sterling, and Washington DC with children birth through age five and the adults who love them.
In the spring of 2008, Little Steps Music was recognized by the national Music Together® office in Princeton, New Jersey, for having enrolled 10,000 families in its Music Together classes.
Little Steps Music is proud to be an annual corporate sponsor of Putt for PWS, The Charlie and Riden Challenge, a mini-golf tournament at Arlington's Upton Hill Regional Park, since it's beginnings in 2007. This event benefits the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA USA) in honor of Charlie Deleage and Riden Howard, who are local children diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome. The Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder characterized by an anomaly in chromosome 15, which can affect appetite, growth, metabolism, cognitive functioning and behavior. PWSA USA brings awareness to the public in order to help save the lives of children combating the maladies associated with PWS.
